Staff Duties -

Qualifications -

Initial Qualification-
Vessel Examiner Program Initial Qualification Requirements - VE Must take and pass the (open book 3 hr time limit) Vessel Examiner qualification examination with a score of 90% or better, and perform 5 VSC's on a recreational boat, PWC or Auxiliary vessel facility under the supervision of a certified VE.

To maintain currency Every year VE must complete and report 5 passing or failing Vessel Safety Checks or Auxiliary vessel facility inspections.
